Our refresh job re-reads every primary source and logs what moved. Status changes come from structured data (the FedRAMP Marketplace and AWS's scope tables). "Source updated" means a vendor or government page changed and a person needs to review it. CUI answers are only changed after review.

    Updated the Department of War supply chain note for Claude with two court rulings. Aug 27, 2026: N.D. Cal. vacated the 10 U.S.C. 3252 supply chain risk designation (No. 3:26-cv-01996). Sep 25, 2026: the D.C. Circuit denied Anthropic's petitions on the separate 41 U.S.C. 4713 exclusion (No. 26-1049), which still stands. CUI answers unchanged.

    Sources disagree on Claude's DoD Impact Level in Bedrock GovCloud: Anthropic says IL5 is included, but AWS's per-model IL4/IL5 column lists no Claude models. Marked Unclear.

    Gemini for Government is Class B (Low) on the FedRAMP Marketplace, while Google's deployment guide says FedRAMP High and IL4 inside Assured Workloads. Recorded both.
