Claude Code on a Pro, Max, Team or Enterprise plan uses Anthropic's commercial service. Anthropic offers two CUI paths: Claude Code inside the Claude for Government desktop app, or Claude Code pointed at Bedrock GovCloud or Vertex, where it 'follows your region'.
